The Green Table Network (GTN) is an enterprising not-for-profit organization helping foodservice operators and their suppliers to put ’sustainability on the menu’ with approachable ‘one-stop’ products and services that drive innovative solutions, conscious choices and measurable results.

GTN has:

• more than 100 Approved Members across BC, Alberta and Ontario
• licensed regional representatives/agents with seasoned “hands-on’ industry experience
• a growing list of Approved Supplier Members – with sustainable practices and products
• proven methods to reduce environmental impacts while producing cost savings.

Applying GTN’s innovative protocols and proven assessment tools, we generate a ‘roadmap’ to sustainability with summary recommendations on achieving measurable, sustainable results across five key areas:

solid waste	materials recycling and supply chain initiatives
water conservation	upgrades/retrofits to fixtures and equipment, plus staff and operating practices
energy conservation	upgrades/retrofits to fixtures and equipment, plus staff and operating practices
pollution/Ghg prevention	cleaning/drain systems, staff transportation policies
purchasing	local/sustainable menu sourcing other general supply decision
